AYURVEDIC HERB: PREPARATION OF FENUGREEK FOR HAIR USE

so today you are going to learn how to prepare Fenugreek for hair use.  The methods are pretty simple. 

let's get right into it,

Method 1:

ingredients :

- 2 tablespoons Fenugreek powder. 

- 3/4 Cup of warm water. 

- 1 tablespoon olive oil 

procedure 

•Mix the warm water and Fenugreek powder, mix well so that the mixture would be smooth. 

•Add the olive oil and mix. 

•Allow the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes, so that it becomes thick. 

• Section your hair, wet it and apply the paste, section by section. 

•Cover hair and leave in for 30-40 minutes.

•Rinse out and wash with a mild shampoo. 

Method 2:

ingredients 

-2 tablespoons Fenugreek seeds. 

-1 tablespoon of olive oil. 

-1 cup of water.

`• Soak the seeds in water overnight.

•The next morning, the seeds becomes soaked and jelly like.

 It might even soak all the water from last night. 

,•Blend with the olive oil with a little water. 

•Sieve to separate the seed shafts from the paste. 

•Apply paste to wet hair.

•cover and leave in for 30-40 minutes.

•Wash hair with a mild shampoo. 

Method 3:

ingredients 

-1 tablespoons Fenugreek seeds 

-1 cup water 

procedure

-soak seeds in water overnight. 

-Sieve the seeds from the water.

-spritz the water on hair. 

-leave in for 30minutes. 

-rinse or wash with a mild shampoo. 

Why waste the seeds and take only the water when you can blend both together and apply as a paste to get every single nutrient, well, it's your choice.
