But before you think of applying black tea rinse, understand this :
1. Use black tea rinse when you notice you are shedding more hair than normal. You shouldn't use it every washday because if you do, your hair would become very dry because of the presence of the caffeine. Try to use it once a month or twice a month if your shedding has increased.
2. Make sure you follow up every black tea rinse with deep conditioning.
3. Don't leave the tea in your hair, make sure you rinse it out with water.
4. If this is the first time of applying black tea rinse, use 1 tea bag.
BENEFITS OF BLACK TEA RINSE.
1. It reduces shedding.
The caffeine that is contained in the black tea blocks the DHT that causes hair loss.
If you shed more than you normally do, try this rinse.
2. It helps to strengthen and thicken the hair.
3. It softens the hair.
4. It adds shine to the hair.
5. It increases the flow of blood thereby encouraging hair growth.
PREPARATION.
INGREDIENTS.
- 2-3 Black tea bags.(e.g Lipton)
- Water.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Boil the water.
- Put the tea bags in a cup.
-Add the boiling water into the cup.
-Leave to steep and cool.
- Once the tea is cool, it is ready for use.
- After shampooing your hair and rinsing with clean water.
- Rinse through with the tea , make sure the whole hair is covered with the tea.
- After rinsing with the tea, cover hair for 20minutes.
- After 20minutes rinse hair with clean water and follow up with deep conditioning.
